2010 Fall Soccer Registration

Cost:  $45.00 per child. 

Cash or check made payable to:  Westfield Youth Soccer Association

Birth certificate needed at time of registration if you did not play in WYSA last year.

After June 30th refunds will only be given for medical reasons with a doctor’s note or a high school student becoming a member of a high school team.

To play in the 6 – 12 year old divisions, players must be age 6 – 12 by July 31, 2010.

To play in the Senior divisions, players must have been born between August 1, 1992 and July 31, 1997.

Coaches are needed in all divisions.  Please sign up to coach or assist when you register your child.  A CORI check is required.  Please bring a copy of your license with you to registration. 

NEW THIS YEAR:  WYSA IS COMBINING THE 7 AND 8 YEAR PROGRAM AND WILL PLAY AT STANLEY PARK. 

IF YOU ARE PLAYING IN ANOTHER SOCCER LEAGUE, YOU MAY ALSO PLAY ON A WESTFIELD YOUTH SOCCER TEAM.   

WYSA IS ACCEPTING PLAYERS FROM NEIGHBORING COMMUNITIES.

REGISTRATION AFTER MAY 11, 2010 WILL BE ASSESSED A LATE FEE OF $15.00 

Sweatshirts will be on sale at time of registration.
